마가복음9:1-12 [개역개정] 1. 또 그들에게 이르시되 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 여기 서 있는 사람 중에는 죽기 전에 하나님의 나라가 권능으로 임하는 것을 볼 자들도 있느니라 하시니라 2. 엿새 후에 예수께서 베드로와 야고보와 요한을 데리시고 따로 높은 산에 올라가셨더니 그들 앞에서 변형되사 3. 그 옷이 광채가 나며 세상에서 빨래하는 자가 그렇게 희게 할 수 없을 만큼 매우 희어졌더라 4. 이에 엘리야가 모세와 함께 그들에게 나타나 예수와 더불어 말하거늘 5. 베드로가 예수께 고하되 랍비여 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋사오니 우리가 초막 셋을 짓되 하나는 주를 위하여, 하나는 모세를 위하여, 하나는 엘리야를 위하여 하사이다 하니 6. 이는 그들이 몹시 무서워하므로 그가 무슨 말을 할지 알지 못함이더라 7. 마침 구름이 와서 그들을 덮으며 구름 속에서 소리가 나되 이는 내 사랑하는 아들이니 너희는 그의 말을 들으라 하는지라 8. 문득 둘러보니 아무도 보이지 아니하고 오직 예수와 자기들뿐이었더라 9. 그들이 산에서 내려올 때에 예수께서 경고하시되 인자가 죽은 자 가운데서 살아날 때까지는 본 것을 아무에게도 이르지 말라 하시니 10. 그들이 이 말씀을 마음에 두며 서로 문의하되 죽은 자 가운데서 살아나는 것이 무엇일까 하고 11. 이에 예수께 묻자와 이르되 어찌하여 서기관들이 엘리야가 먼저 와야 하리라 하나이까 12. 이르시되 엘리야가 과연 먼저 와서 모든 것을 회복하거니와 어찌 인자에 대하여 기록하기를 많은 고난을 받고 멸시를 당하리라 하였느냐 [NIV] 1. And he said to them, "I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God come with power." 2. After six days Jesus took Peter, James and John with him and led them up a high mountain, where they were all alone. There he was transfigured before them. 3. His clothes became dazzling white, whiter than anyone in the world could bleach them. 4. And there appeared before them Elijah and Moses, who were talking with Jesus. 5. Peter said to Jesus, "Rabbi, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters--one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah." 6. (He did not know what to say, they were so frightened.) 7. Then a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and a voice came from the cloud: "This is my Son, whom I love. Listen to him!" 8. Suddenly, when they looked around, they no longer saw anyone with them except Jesus. 9. As they were coming down the mountain, Jesus gave them orders not to tell anyone what they had seen until the Son of Man had risen from the dead. 10. They kept the matter to themselves, discussing what "rising from the dead" meant. 11. And they asked him, "Why do the teachers of the law say that Elijah must come first?" 12. Jesus replied, "To be sure, Elijah does come first, and restores all things. Why then is it written that the Son of Man must suffer much and be rejected? [새번역] 1. 또 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "내가 진정으로 너희에게 말한다. 여기에 서 있는 사람들 가운데는, 죽기 전에 하나님의 나라가 권능을 떨치며 와 있는 것을 볼 사람들도 있다." 2. 그리고 엿새 뒤에 예수께서 베드로와 야고보와 요한만을 데리고, 따로 높은 산으로 가셨다. 그런데, 그들이 보는 앞에서, 그의 모습이 변하였다. 3. 그 옷은 세상의 어떤 빨래꾼이라도 그렇게 희게 할 수 없을 만큼 새하얗게 빛났다. 4. 그리고 엘리야가 모세와 함께 그들에게 나타나더니, 예수와 말을 주고받았다. 5. 그래서 베드로가 예수께 말하였다. "랍비님, 우리가 여기에 있는 것이 좋겠습니다. 우리가 초막 셋을 지어서, 하나에는 랍비님을, 하나에는 모세를, 하나에는 엘리야를 모시겠습니다." 6. 베드로는 무슨 말을 해야 좋을지 몰라서 이런 말을 했던 것이다. 제자들이 겁에 질렸기 때문이다. 7. 그런데 구름이 일어나서, 그들을 뒤덮었다. 그리고 구름 속에서 소리가 났다. "이는 내 사랑하는 아들이다. 너희는 그의 말을 들어라." 8. 그들이 문득 둘러보았으나, 아무도 없고, 예수만 그들과 함께 계셨다. 9. 그들이 산에서 내려올 때에, 예수께서는 그들에게 명하시어, 인자가 죽은 사람들 가운데서 살아날 때까지는, 본 것을 아무에게도 이야기하지 말라고 하셨다. 10. 그들은 이 말씀을 간직하고, 죽은 사람들 가운데서 살아난다는 것이 무슨 뜻인가를 서로 물었다. 11. 그들이 예수께 묻기를 "어찌하여 율법학자들은 엘리야가 먼저 와야 한다고 합니까?" 하니, 12. 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "확실히 엘리야가 먼저 와서, 모든 것을 회복한다. 그런데, 인자가 많은 고난을 받고 멸시를 당할 것이라고 기록한 것은, 어찌 된 일이냐? [KJV] 1. And he said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That there be some of them that stand here, which shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power. 2. And after six days Jesus taketh with him Peter, and James, and John, and leadeth them up into an high mountain apart by themselves: and he was transfigured before them. 3. And his raiment became shining, exceeding white as snow; so as no fuller on earth can white them. 4. And there appeared unto them Elias with Moses: and they were talking with Jesus. 5. And Peter answered and said to Jesus, Master, it is good for us to be here: and let us make three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias. 6. For he wist not what to say; for they were sore afraid. 7. And there was a cloud that overshadowed them: and a voice came out of the cloud, saying, This is my beloved Son: hear him. 8. And suddenly, when they had looked round about, they saw no man any more, save Jesus only with themselves. 9. And as they came down from the mountain, he charged them that they should tell no man what things they had seen, till the Son of man were risen from the dead. 10. And they kept that saying with themselves, questioning one with another what the rising from the dead should mean. 11. And they asked him, saying, Why say the scribes that Elias must first come? 12. And he answered and told them, Elias verily cometh first, and restoreth all things; and how it is written of the Son of man, that he must suffer many things, and be set at nought. '내가 분명히 말해 둔다. 여기 서 있는 사람들 가운데 죽기 전에 하나님의 나라가 권능으로 오는 것을 볼 사람들도 있을 것이다.' 2. 엿새 후 예수님은 베드로와 야고보와 요한만을 데리고 높은 산으로 올라가셨다. 예수님은 그들이 보는 앞에서 모습이 변하여 3. 그 옷이 세상의 어느 누구도 더 이상 희게 할 수 없을 만큼 희고 광채가 났다. 4. 그리고 거기에 엘리야와 모세가 나타나 예수님과 함께 이야기하고 있었다. 5. 이 광경을 본 베드로가 예수님께 '선생님, 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋겠습니다. 우리가 이 곳에 천막 셋을 세워 주님과 모세와 엘리야를 각각 모시겠습니다.' 하고 말하였다. 6. 사실 베드로는 무슨 말을 해야 할지 몰랐다. 이것은 그들이 몹시 무서워했기 때문이었다. 20200130 목요새벽설교
