오 하나님,
우리 주 예수 그리스도를 보내심으로 인류를 향한 주님의 사랑을 증명하여 주시고
주님의 임재의 빛으로 우리 인간의 삶을 조명하신 주님,
이 말로 다 할 수 없는 위대한 선물을 인하여 감사합니다.
이 땅에 임한 주님의 날들을 인하여,
우리를 위해 베푸신 사랑의 역사들을 인하여,
제 삶을 인도하시고 도와주시는 주님의 말씀을 인하여,
죽기까지 낮아지신 그분의 순종을 인하여,
죽음을 이기신 그분의 승리를 인하여,
성령님을 통해 지금도 저에게 임재하여 주신 것을 인하여.
오 하나님 감사드립니다.
이 평범한 땅과 일상적인 하늘 아래서 사셨던 주님의 복된 삶을 오늘 제가 모든 일들과 책임들을 감당할 때마다 기억하게 하옵소서.
섬김을 받기 위함이 아니라 섬기려고 하신 그분의 열심,
모든 고통을 체휼하신 그분의 마음,
자신의 고통 앞에서 보여주신 그 용기,
욕을 견디고 욕을 되갚지 않으신 그분의 온유.
자신의 사명을 포기하지 않고 감당하신 그 신실하심,
그분의 단순한 삶,
그분의 자기 절제,
그분의 침착함,
하늘 아버지를 향한 그분의 완전한 의존을 제가 기억하게 하옵소서.
그리고 이 모든 길마다 주님의 길을 그 발자취를 따를 수 있도록 제게 은혜를 베풀어 주옵소서.
전능하신 하나님, 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지시여,
제 모든 길에서 주님을 의지합니다.
제 영혼을 주께 드리오니 지켜 주옵소서.
제 생명을 다하여 주님만을 섬기기로 다짐합니다.
이 날도 저에게 순종과 자비의 날이 되게 하시고,
행복과 평화의 날이 되게 하여 주옵소서.
제 모든 걸음과 대화가 그리스도의 복음이 되게 하여 주옵소서.

God, who has proven Your love for mankind by sending us Jesus Christ our Lord, and has illumined our human life by the radiance of His presence, I give You thanks for this Your greatest gift.
For my Lord's days upon earth
For the record of His deeds of love
For the words He spoke for my guidance and help
For His obedience unto death
For His triumph over death
For the presence of His Spirit with me now
I thank You, God.
Grant that the remembrance of the blessed Life that once was lived out on this common earth under these ordinary skies may remain with me in all the tasks and duties of this day. Let me remember:
His eagerness, not to be ministered to, but to minister
His sympathy with suffering of every kind
His bravery in the face of His own suffering
His meekness of bearing, so that, when reviled, He reviled not again
His steadiness of purpose in keeping to His appointed task
His simplicity
His self-discipline
His serenity of spirit
His complete reliance upon You, His Father in Heaven.
And in each of these ways give me grace to follow in His footsteps.
Almighty God, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, I commit all my ways to You. I turn over my soul to Your keeping. I pledge my life to Your service. May this day be for me a day of obedience and of charity, a day of happiness and of peace. May all my walk and conversation be appropriate to the gospel of Christ. Amen.

주님이 행하신 사랑에 대한 기록과
나를 인도하시고 도우시기 위해 그가 하신 말씀들과
죽기까지 복종하심과
죽음을 이기신 승리와
지금 나와 함께 하시는 주의 성령님으로 인하여
하나님께 감사를 드립니다.
이 하늘 아래 같은 세상에서 사셨던 주님의 삶에 대한 기억이 오늘 내가 감당해야 할 일들과 연결되게 하소서.
섬김을 받으려 하지 않고 섬기신 그의 열심
모든 고통 받는 자들에 대한 동정
자신에게 다가온 고난을 대하는 용기
모욕을 당할 때 다시 모욕하지 않는 참음의 온유함
맡겨진 과업의 수행을 위한 목적의식의 견지
그의 단순성과 자기 훈련
그의 영의 맑음
하늘에 계신 아버지에 대한 완전한 의지를 기억하게 하소서.
그가 걸으신 길들을 따라갈 수 있는 은혜를 나에게도 허락하소서.
우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지이신 하나님, 나의 모든 길을 당신께 맡깁니다. 나는 나의 영혼을 당신의 보호에 맡깁니다. 나는 내 삶을 당신께 바치기로 약속합니다. 이 날이 나에게 순종과 자선의 날, 행복과 평화의 날이 되게 하소서. 나의 모든 걸음과 대화가 그리스도의 복음에 합당한 것이 되게 하소서. 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 기도하옵나이다. 아멘.
